Steel pretreatment line steel surface shot blasting before welding process and coated with a protective primer equipment, equipment of about 70 meters and weighing about 150 tons. The equipment consists sent roller, rain water and sewage cleaning device, a warm-up room, shot blasting systems, abrasive cleaning chamber, the intermediate roller, spray booth, drying room, coding, printing, sending roller, shot blasting dust removal system mist processing systems and electronic control system components. Steel pretreatment can improve the corrosion resistance of mechanical products and metal components, improve the fatigue performance of steel plate, extending its life; also can optimize the surface of steel fabrication status, CNC cutting machine cutting and precision blanking.
