Our Q58 abrasive blasting machine is mainly used to remove the residual sand, oxidized layer, rust, and other impurities, thus making the workpiece surface clean, bright and improving its finish quality. The Q58 abrasive blasting machine is suitable for batch cleaning of small and medium castings, forgings, alloy parts, and more.

Our Q58 abrasive blasting machines are known for their durability and efficiency. The blast chamber and hanger walk trough on top of the front and rear auxiliary chambers use abrasion resistant iron plate, steel plate, wear resistant rubber sheet and nylon brush for protection purpose. These guard plates, coupled with hanger steel plate, forms a labyrinth seal structure, which can effectively prevent shots from flying out of the chamber, contributing to high blasting efficiency and operator safety.

Our company provides four models of Q58 abrasive blasting machine , including Q583, Q585, Q5810 and Q588. With four or six blast wheels, our shot blasting equipment can effectively clean workpieces in sizes from 800 × 1200 mm to 1300 × 2800 mm.
